Let's do some climbing, a lot of climbing! On Wednesday evenings we'll be tackling the bcmc for a solid 800-900m of elevation gain over about 60-90 min. Its a great way to squeeze a little escape from the city into your week and train for that next big trail race. We'll meet at the parking lot d near the stairs to the grind, hike to the top, possibly take a break for a tasty beverage and return to the parking lot via the skyride. Don't forget a light and a change of clothes.
